L-methylfolate
* L-methylfolate is instrumental in reducing homocysteine levels, preventing neural tube defects, and improving vascular endothelial function. Research on folate supplementation suggests it plays a key role in preventing cervical dysplasia and protecting against neoplasia in ulcerative colitis.
* Folate is a B vitamin that has many benefits for both mom and baby including improved fertility outcomes, decreased miscarriage rates, and reduction of birth defects (mainly neural tube defect would appear that consuming folic acid before pregnancy helps you to get pregnant by increasing female fertility. * It is thought that B6 may play a role in the prevention of pre‐eclampsia, where the mother's blood pressure is high with large amounts of protein in the urine or other organ dysfunction, and in babies being born too early (preterm birth). Vitamin B6 may be helpful for reducing nausea in pregnancy.
